Surgicenter is located just south of the intersection of Oklahoma Avenue and 103rd Street, and one block west of I-894. 

Directions 

From the north:

1. Travel south on U.S. Hwy. 45/I-894E (Chicago) to the Oklahoma Avenue (Exit 2B).
2. Take the Oklahoma Avenue exit (Exit 2B) and turn right (west).
3. Turn left on 103rd Street. Surgicenter will be on the right.

From the south:

1. Take I-94 North to I-894W/I-43S (Exit 316) toward Madison/Fond du Lac. Exit from the left lane.
2. Follow I-894 West to U.S. Hwy 45 North. Exit from the left lane.
3. Continue on U.S. 45 North to Beloit Road (Exit 3).
4. Turn right and travel east on Beloit Road to 100th Street. Turn left on 100th Street and follow it to Oklahoma Avenue.
5. Turn left on Oklahoma Avenue and travel west to 103rd Street. Turn left on 103rd Street. Surgicenter will be on the right.

From the east (downtown Milwaukee):

1. Follow I-94 West (Madison) to U.S. Hwy. 45 (Fond du Lac - Exit 305B). Exit from the left lane.
2. Head south on U.S. Hwy. 45/I-894E (Chicago) to the Oklahoma Avenue exit (Exit 2B).
3. Turn right (west) on Oklahoma Avenue.
4. Turn left on 103rd Street. Surgicenter will be on the right.

From the west:

1. Take I-94 East (Milwaukee) to U.S. Hwy 45/I-894 E (Chicago - Exit 305A). Exit from the right lane.
2. Head south on U.S. Hwy. 45/I-894E (Chicago) to the Oklahoma Avenue exit (Exit 2B).
3. Turn right (west) on Oklahoma Avenue.
4. Turn left on 103rd Street. Surgicenter will be on the right.
