Surgicenter is located just south of the intersection of Oklahoma Avenue and 103rd  Street, and one block west of the I-894 expressway.
Directions
From the north:

Travel south on U.S. Hwy. 45/I-894E (Chicago) to the Oklahoma Avenue (Exit 2B).

Travel west (right) on Oklahoma Avenue to 103rd Street.

Turn left on 103rd Street. Surgicenter will be on the right.
From the south:

Take I-94 North toward Milwaukee to the I-894 bypass (Madison/Fond du Lac - Exit 316). Exit from the left lane.

Follow I-894 North to U.S. Hwy. 45 North. Exit from the right lane. Continue on U.S. 45 North to Beloit Road (Exit 3).

Travel east on Beloit Road to 100th Street. Turn left on 100th Street and follow it to Oklahoma Avenue. Turn left on Oklahoma Avenue and travel west to 103rd Street.

Turn left on 103rd Street. Surgicenter will be on the right.
