Operating Room

Surgicenter of Greater Milwaukee has six operating rooms, each complete with state-of-the-art surgical and monitoring equipment. Once in the operating room, patients are placed under anesthesia by one of the full-time, board certified anesthesiologists. Some of the same pediatric anesthesiologists who practice at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin are available to assist with the pediatric surgeries. Surgical technicians with special training, assist the surgeon. All registered nurses are certified in advanced cardiac life support and pediatric advanced life support. Here, patients receive the highest quality surgical care available anywhere.
